When at my second job, my colleagues and me had to use Excel spreadsheet to edit product shipment lists, every day. When I went to my first job after graduated, I found most of people in that company liked to use Word to make a document, even make a product price table with Word, since they believed it was quite easy to insert or draw a table in Word document. A projector, a computer and a digital pen, to play a slide through class. I remember when I was still a student at school, some of my teachers always liked to use PowerPoint to make their teaching speech. Latest Version of Excel for Mac & Windows PC in 2019
